Refund Policy
1. Overview
At BARE., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange in line with the conditions below.
Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are permitted on any underwear, lingerie bottoms, or bodysuits.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.

The return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must have been purchased directly from www.bare-co.co.za.

The item must not be a sale, clearance, or discounted item.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Underwear and lingerie bottoms

Bodysuits
-
Swimwear without the original hygiene seal

Gift cards and promotional items
Please ensure you select your size carefully before purchasing. Our team is always happy to assist with sizing guidance prior to checkout at orders@bare-co.co.za.
4. Return Process
If your item qualifies for return:

Email orders@bare-co.co.za within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return reference number.

Securely repackage your item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Ship the parcel using a trackable courier service of your choice.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a reputable courier with tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered return parcels.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour (excluding underwear and non-returnable items):

The exchange will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund instead.
6. Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@bare-co.co.za with photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
