At BARE., we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases across South Africa.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.
If you would like to arrange international delivery, please contact orders@bare-co.co.za before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During new collection launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Major cities (e.g. Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban): 2 to 4 working days
Outlying or regional areas: 3 to 7 working days
Please note these are estimates and may vary based on courier capacity, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
5. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply - these will be clearly advertised on our website.
6. Delivery Process

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

A signature or OTP confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address provided.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.
7. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
If you have not received your tracking details, please email orders@bare-co.co.za with your order number.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take every precaution to package your order securely.
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please:

Photograph the packaging and items immediately, and

Email orders@bare-co.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate with our courier partners and assist in replacing or refunding the affected items where applicable.
9. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If you realise your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately - we’ll do our best to update it if the order has not yet shipped.
