By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before purchasing or using our products.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and related services in accordance with South African law.

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.


We reserve the right to discontinue or update products, pricing, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.
While we take care to ensure all information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur, and we will correct them as soon as possible.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our secure online store.

  • Payment is required at the time of checkout through our approved payment gateway.

  • We do not store or have access to your full card or banking details.

  • Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines and costs are displayed during checkout and may vary based on your location.

  • We use trusted courier partners to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your BARE. pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@bare-co.co.za.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is not part of a clearance or sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Once inspected, eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Product Care

Please follow the care instructions provided with each garment to ensure its longevity.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, handling, or storage.

7. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice, but once your order is confirmed, it will be honoured at the checkout price.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks, are the property of BARE. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here or in the website footer.
By using our website, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BARE. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of South African courts.
